Dono is a reminder and gifting service that sends text message reminders before important occasions and facilitates flower orders through local florist partners. By signing up you agree to these terms.
Dono provides a free reminder service. We will text you before occasions you register including anniversaries, birthdays, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day. Reminders are a courtesy service and Dono is not liable for missed occasions due to technical issues, incorrect dates provided at signup, or changed phone numbers.
By signing up and checking the consent box you agree to receive text messages from Dono. Message frequency varies by occasion, typically 4 to 6 times per year per person registered. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text. For help reply HELP.
Flower orders placed through Dono are fulfilled by independent local florists. Dono acts as an intermediary between you and the florist. Prices are displayed at time of order. All sales are final unless the order is not fulfilled. In the event of non-fulfillment you are entitled to a full refund.
Delivery is handled by our florist partners. Dono does not guarantee delivery times but will make reasonable efforts to ensure orders arrive on the requested date. Dono is not responsible for delays caused by florist error, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
If your order is not delivered you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of the expected delivery date by contacting us at hello@trydono.com. We do not offer refunds for orders that were delivered but where you are dissatisfied with the arrangement. Please contact us and we will work with the florist to make it right.
We collect your name, phone number, email address, zip code, and the names and dates of your loved ones. We use this information solely to provide the reminder and ordering service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
You are responsible for providing accurate dates and contact information. Dono is not responsible for reminders sent to wrong numbers or on incorrect dates due to information provided at signup.
Dono reserves the right to change, pause, or discontinue the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
Dono's liability is limited to the value of any order placed through the service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages including but not limited to relationship difficulties arising from missed occasions.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Arizona.
