When you sign up for Dono we collect your first name, zip code, mobile phone number, email address, the names and important dates of people you register, your flower preferences if provided, and your SMS consent including the date and time it was given.
When you place an order we additionally collect your delivery address and payment information, which is processed securely by Stripe. We never store card details directly.
We also collect standard technical information when you visit our website including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is used solely to improve the site.
We use your information to send you text message reminders before registered occasions, send you flower order options via text message, process and fulfill flower orders through our florist partners, send occasional email updates about the service, improve our service and troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal obligations.
We will never use your information for any purpose you have not consented to.
By signing up and providing your mobile number you consent to receive text messages from Dono. Message frequency varies, typically 4 to 6 messages per year per registered person. We maintain a record of your SMS consent including the date, time, and method of consent. This record is kept for compliance purposes.
We share limited information with trusted third parties only where necessary to provide the service.

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account we will remove your personal information within 30 days. We may retain certain records for legal and compliance purposes.
